1. Our commitment to accessibility

Ben Haddad, trading as "AssistantLabs" ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We invest ongoing effort and resources to make our website and service platform accessible, so that everyone can use them independently and comfortably.

2. Standard applied

Accessibility was implemented in accordance with the Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at conformance level AA. This is done pursuant to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773–2013.

We work to make the site conform to IS 5568 at level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to review and improve the accessibility of the site on a regular basis.

Despite our efforts, some parts or content on the site may not yet be fully accessible, including third-party content embedded in the site that is not fully within our control. We are working to correct these issues and to improve accessibility progressively.
