Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment to accessibility

Ben Haddad, trading as "AssistantLabs" ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We invest ongoing effort and resources to make our website and service platform accessible, so that everyone can use them independently and comfortably.

2. Standard applied

Accessibility was implemented in accordance with the Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at conformance level AA. This is done pursuant to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773–2013.

3. Accessibility measures on the site

Among other measures, we have implemented the following:

• Full keyboard navigation – interactive elements can be operated with a keyboard, without requiring a mouse.
• Visible focus indicator – the element currently in focus during keyboard navigation is clearly highlighted.
• Screen-reader support – ARIA roles and accessible names for buttons, links and form controls, including labels for icon-based controls.
• Accessible dialogs – modal dialogs use proper semantics (role="dialog"), focus trapping, focus restoration and closing via the Escape key.
• Color contrast – sufficient text contrast ratios for readability.
• Right-to-left (RTL) support – full support for Hebrew.
• Semantic structure – meaningful headings, lists and page structure.

4. Level of accessibility

We work to make the site conform to IS 5568 at level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to review and improve the accessibility of the site on a regular basis.

5. Parts not yet fully accessible

Despite our efforts, some parts or content on the site may not yet be fully accessible, including third-party content embedded in the site that is not fully within our control. We are working to correct these issues and to improve accessibility progressively. If you encounter an element or content that is not accessible, we would be glad to hear from you and will address it as soon as possible.
