Lead management systems: prices for 6 systems compared
We compared six systems on what business owners in Israel ask: what it costs for two people, whether it’s in Hebrew, and who answers a lead who writes on WhatsApp at 9:30pm. Prices are from the vendors’ own sites on 3 November 2026. We wrote this at AssistantLabs, and it says where others are cheaper or stronger than us.

| Compared | WhatsApp, AI and Hebrew | Price, before VAT |
|---|---|---|
| Fireberry | Sends WhatsApp from the CRM and in automations. The plan table ticks it on every plan; the WhatsApp page sells it as an add-on, price not published. Its AI page describes agents for internal teams, not an AI that answers leads on WhatsApp. Hebrew interface. | Free: unlimited users, up to 250 contacts and 5 automations. Standard: ₪120 per user a month billed yearly, minimum 3 users (₪4,320 a year). Billed monthly, the cheapest plan is Professional: ₪180 per user, minimum 5.Source |
| monday CRM | The pricing page doesn’t mention WhatsApp, and third-party apps connect it. The AI agents on Standard and Pro call leads and answer emails. No Hebrew interface: it isn’t among monday’s 15 languages. | Basic: $12 per seat a month billed yearly. Standard: $17, Pro: $28. Minimum 3 seats, tax not included. No free plan, a 14-day trial.Source |
| HubSpot | WhatsApp only with Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional and up, answered by your team from the inbox. No Hebrew interface: it isn’t among HubSpot’s 17 interface languages. | Free: up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, with no time limit. Starter: $20 per seat a month, with a new-customer offer of $7 billed yearly or $10 monthly. Tax not included.Source |
| Pipedrive | Connects WhatsApp with Meta-approved templates. The page doesn’t mention AI replies, and WhatsApp automations are marked “soon”. You can type in Hebrew, but the interface doesn’t switch to right-to-left. | Lite: $14 per seat a month billed yearly, $24 monthly. Growth: $39 or $49. VAT not included. No free plan, a 14-day trial. The pricing page states no seat minimum.Source |
| LeadManager | Every new WhatsApp chat comes in as a lead, and a new lead can get an automatic template message. The page doesn’t mention AI replies or say whether it uses the official API. An Israeli company with a Hebrew site. | Not published. A 30-day free trial.Source |
| AssistantLabs | The assistant answers leads on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and website chat, from your price list, services and common questions. WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API. Hebrew interface and answers. | ₪129 a month for the whole business, with no per-user fee. Beyond the included conversations, ₪1 per automated conversation. The pricing page says how many are included.Source |
Prices are from the vendors’ own sites on 3 November 2026, before VAT or tax. A dollar price is per seat, meaning per user. “Not published” means the vendor doesn’t say so on its page. The “Source” link beside each price opens the page we took it from.
Where each system is strong.
No system fits every business. Here is what each one does well, and what to check before you choose.
Fireberry: an Israeli CRM with a free plan
A Hebrew interface, and Facebook lead forms come in even on the free plan. Professional adds quotes with e-signature and 50 active automations, against 5 on Free and Standard. A fit for a sales team that works in the CRM all day. The free plan stops at 250 contacts.
monday CRM: flexible boards and AI sales agents
Basic holds up to 1,000 contacts and deals. Standard adds an AI agent that calls and qualifies leads, and 250 automations a month. A fit for a team already on monday. Minimum 3 seats, and no Hebrew interface.
HubSpot: the most for free, for two users
A free CRM for up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, with no time limit. A fit for a business whose team answers leads itself and wants a tidy list. The interface is in English, and WhatsApp needs a Professional plan.
Pipedrive: a simple pipeline for a team that closes deals
Built around deals and stages, from $14 per seat billed yearly. Add-ons like LeadBooster for capturing leads start at $32.50. The interface is in English.
LeadManager: an Israeli lead system
Lead management, marketing and sales, and every new WhatsApp chat comes in as a lead. The price isn’t published, so ask for a written quote. There is a 30-day trial.
AssistantLabs: the assistant answers, the CRM keeps it
Our strength is the first minute: a lead who writes on WhatsApp at 9:30pm gets an answer from your business information, and a customer card opens. Worth knowing: we don’t take Facebook lead forms directly, and the assistant doesn’t answer phone calls.
What happens to a lead with us.
The lead writes, and the assistant answers
On WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or website chat, evenings and weekends included. The assistant answers from your price list, services and common questions, and takes a name and phone when the lead asks to be called back.
A customer card opens by itself
Everyone who writes on WhatsApp gets a card in the CRM with every conversation. On Instagram, Messenger and your website the card opens once the lead leaves a phone or email. If the lead already exists, the conversation joins their card.
Forms land in the same place
A form on a landing page you built with us, or on a WordPress site through our plugin, opens a card in the CRM. Anyone who ticked consent can get a follow-up message on WhatsApp.
A leads board with stages
In the Sales module every lead sits in a stage, with the next action and a date. One button logs “Called, no answer” or “Session booked”. A lead stuck in a stage too long is flagged. You set the stages and how many days is too long.
A morning reminder, and a follow-up when a lead goes quiet
If you switch it on, you get one WhatsApp message each morning with everything waiting for you that day. A lead who stops replying can get an automatic follow-up, which stops as soon as they reply.
Ask in Claude or ChatGPT
“Which of this week’s leads hasn’t booked a meeting?” and the list comes back in the chat. We support ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces.
Example: a renovation contractor with 60 leads a month.
A renovation contractor runs Facebook ads that open a WhatsApp chat, and more leads come from a form on his WordPress site: about 60 a month, most in the evening. There are two people in the office: him and his office manager. This is the first year, before VAT. Dollar prices are converted at the Bank of Israel representative rate on 3 November 2026, ₪3.157 to the dollar.
HubSpot Free: ₪0. Two users and 1,000 contacts cover the first year, about 720 leads. But WhatsApp isn’t on the plan, and you answer every lead yourself. Fireberry Free: ₪0, up to 250 contacts. At 60 leads a month it fills up after about four months. Fireberry Standard, billed yearly: ₪120 × 3 users (the minimum) × 12 = ₪4,320. You also pay for a third user you don’t have. monday CRM Basic, billed yearly: $12 × 3 seats (the minimum) × 12 = $432, about ₪1,364, before tax. Pipedrive Lite, billed yearly: $14 × 2 × 12 = $336, about ₪1,061. Billed monthly: $24 × 2 × 12 = $576, about ₪1,818. AssistantLabs Standard: ₪129 × 12 = ₪1,548, with no per-user fee. If the assistant handles all 60 conversations a month alone, ₪1 per conversation beyond those included adds at most ₪720 a year (60 × 12). Up to ₪2,268 in all.
The bottom line: as a lead list alone, we are not the cheapest. HubSpot and Fireberry are free, and monday CRM and Pipedrive billed yearly cost less than us in the first year. What the difference buys is the first minute: the assistant answers the 9:30pm lead at once, from your prices and services, and opens a card for it. To get that with another CRM you add a WhatsApp bot, which usually costs ₪109 to ₪300 a month for self-setup tools: another ₪1,308 to ₪3,600 a year.
Meta’s message fees: the first 1,000 replies a month per number are free. At 60 leads a month and about 10 replies each, that’s about 600 replies, so ₪0.
Just want to see what the assistant does with a lead?
From the first question on WhatsApp to the meeting in your calendar, on one page about lead management with us.
How to choose a lead management system.
Four questions that decide more than a feature list.
Where do your leads write, and when?
If most leads arrive on WhatsApp in the evening, what matters is who answers in the first minute. A CRM records the lead. An assistant also answers it.
How many people will use it?
Most CRMs charge per user, some with a minimum: 3 on Fireberry Standard and monday CRM. Our price doesn’t depend on the number of users. But a ten-person sales team with permissions, targets and pipeline reports will get more from Fireberry, Pipedrive or monday CRM.
Do your leads come from Facebook lead forms?
Fireberry takes them in even on its free plan. We don’t take them directly. Our route is an ad that opens a WhatsApp chat, or an ad that leads to a landing page with a form.
Is a tidy list enough?
If your team answers fast and you only need a table with stages, start on HubSpot’s or Fireberry’s free plan. When leads start waiting for an answer, that’s the time for an assistant.

What it costs, before any meeting.
A lead management system on its own can cost less, and with some vendors nothing. Our price includes the assistant that answers your leads. Meta’s message fees are paid separately with every vendor on the official API, including us. Outside Israel, see our pricing page for your currency.
- Standard: ₪129 a month before VAT, with any three modules, for example the assistant, CRM and Sales
- Beyond the conversations your plan includes: ₪1 per automated conversation. The pricing page says how many are included
- No per-user fee
- Setup in a one-hour integration meeting: free
What does it cost to set the assistant up?
With someone who builds it for you, a chatbot setup costs from ₪490 to ₪12,000 and more. With us it’s free, in a one-hour integration meeting. Every price and source is in the guide.
Questions and answers.
What is a lead management system?
One place where every enquiry is kept: who wrote, from where, what they asked for, which stage they’re at and what happens next. Most are a CRM with stages and reminders, and you answer the lead yourself. A system with an AI assistant also answers the lead on WhatsApp and your other channels, and opens a card for them.
Is there a free lead management system?
Yes. HubSpot is free for up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, and Fireberry is free for unlimited users and up to 250 contacts. On both you answer leads yourself: HubSpot’s free plan has no WhatsApp, and Fireberry sells WhatsApp sending as an add-on and doesn’t describe an AI that answers leads. If your team answers fast and a tidy list is enough, that’s a good start.
How much does a lead management system cost?
When we checked on 3 November 2026: from ₪0 on free plans, $7 to $14 per seat a month billed yearly on HubSpot Starter (a new-customer offer), monday CRM and Pipedrive, and ₪120 per user a month on Fireberry Standard billed yearly, with a minimum of 3 users. With us, ₪129 a month before VAT for the whole business, plus ₪1 per automated conversation beyond those included. LeadManager doesn’t publish a price.
Which lead management systems are in Hebrew?
Fireberry and AssistantLabs are in Hebrew, and LeadManager is an Israeli company with a Hebrew site. monday CRM and HubSpot don’t list Hebrew among their interface languages. In Pipedrive you can type in Hebrew, but the interface doesn’t switch to right-to-left.
Which is better: a CRM for leads or a WhatsApp bot?
It depends on who answers the leads. If someone answers within minutes, a CRM with stages and reminders is enough. If leads arrive in the evening and at weekends and wait until morning, you also need something that answers. With us the assistant answers and the CRM keeps the lead, in one system. The contractor example above has the full sum.
How do Facebook leads get into the system?
It depends on the ad. A Facebook lead form goes straight into Fireberry, even on its free plan. We don’t take lead forms directly. An ad that opens a WhatsApp chat goes straight to the assistant, which answers and opens a card, and an ad that leads to a landing page you built with us opens a card from the form.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. In our CRM you import a CSV file, for example from Excel or Google Sheets, or a vCard file of your phone contacts. The import doesn’t create duplicates by phone and email, and someone already on the list can be updated instead of copied.
What happens when the assistant can’t answer a lead?
It flags the conversation in your inbox and, if you set up an alert, tells you on WhatsApp. When you reply yourself, it steps aside.
Can we keep our WhatsApp number?
Yes. We connect your number through the official WhatsApp Business API, and customers keep writing to the same number. If it’s on WhatsApp Business, you can keep replying from the app too.
Want to see what the assistant does with your leads?
In a free one-hour integration meeting we connect your WhatsApp and build the assistant on your business information. After that, ₪129 a month before VAT.
