Which integrations are included in the free plan?

All integrations are available on every plan, including the free tier. There are no premium-only integrations.

Do I need API keys to connect?

No. Most integrations use OAuth or a simple authorize flow. Just click "Connect" and sign in to your account.

Can I use multiple integrations at the same time?

Yes. You can connect Shopify, Google Calendar, Monday.com, Make, and any other integration simultaneously on the same agent.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use encrypted connections and follow best practices for data handling. Your credentials are never stored in plain text.

What happens if I disconnect an integration?

Your AI agent stops using that data source immediately. Historical conversation data is retained, but no new data is pulled.

What is Make and how does it work with AssistantLabs?

Make (formerly Integromat) is a visual automation platform. You connect it to AssistantLabs via webhooks, then build scenarios that trigger when events happen — like a new conversation starting or a label being added. From there, you can push data to your CRM, send emails, update spreadsheets, or anything else Make supports.

What events can trigger a webhook?

Webhooks fire on new conversations, label additions and removals, contact updates, and conversation status changes. You configure which events to listen to in the webhook settings.

Can I connect to CRMs not listed here?

Yes. Use webhooks or Make to connect AssistantLabs to any CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or any system that accepts HTTP requests. When a new conversation starts or a label is added, the data is pushed automatically.

How do I set up a webhook?

Go to your agent settings, add a webhook URL, and select which events should trigger it. AssistantLabs sends a JSON payload with conversation details, contact info, and labels to your endpoint in real time.

Can I sync labels between AssistantLabs and my CRM?

Yes. With Monday.com and Wix, label sync is built in. For other CRMs, use webhooks — when a label is added or removed in AssistantLabs, a webhook fires with the label data, and you can map it to your CRM fields via Make or a custom endpoint.

Does the Shopify integration support product variants?

Yes. The AI agent can browse product variants (size, color, etc.), show availability per variant, and share direct links to the correct product page in the chat.

What happens if an integration service goes down?

Your AI agent continues working on all other channels and integrations. Failed webhook deliveries are retried automatically. Once the service is back, data syncs resume without manual intervention.
