Build your FAQ

Your most-asked questions, answered in your own words — so the agent replies the way you would, not with a guess. Add them in Logos or in Settings.

Why FAQ

The FAQ is the fastest win in your whole setup: the handful of questions customers ask over and over — sizing, shipping, returns, hours — answered once, in your own words. From then on the agent answers them exactly the way you would.

Write the answer, not keywords. The agent matches questions by meaning, so you don't list every phrasing — one clear answer covers “do you have L?”, “is L in stock?” and “got this in large?” alike.

Add a question

Two ways to add one — tell Logos the answer in chat, or fill in the card under Settings. Both land in the same FAQ; pick whichever's easier.

Tell Logos the answer and it files it as an FAQ:

Or add it by hand under FAQ, in the Knowledge menu.

Click "Build" at the top.
"FAQ" is in the side menu, under "Knowledge."

The answer is what the agent actually sends, word for word — so write it like you'd text a customer, not like a policy page.

Good FAQ habits

A few habits keep your FAQ sharp and short:

  • Answer the real ones — the questions you already get every week, not every hypothetical
  • Write like you talk — short, warm, and specific
  • One answer, many phrasings — trust it to match; you don't need to list variants
  • Update when things change — new return window? Fix the one answer and it's live everywhere
Selling products too? Prices and stock belong in your catalog, not the FAQ — the agent quotes from there and keeps it current.
