How it works

From idea to shipped

No portal to sign up for, no form that vanishes into a void. Here's exactly what happens.

1

Send it

Pick a category, describe the feature, and send it straight to our team on WhatsApp.

2

We review

Every request is read by the product team. We group similar ones to see what matters most.

3

We build

Popular and high-impact requests go on the roadmap and get built — often within weeks.

4

You hear back

When your request ships, we let you know on the same WhatsApp thread.

What should we build next?

Choose a category, describe your idea, and it lands straight in our team's WhatsApp.

Questions

Feature request FAQ

How requests are handled, how to track them, and what makes a great one.

Ask us on WhatsApp
Do I need an account to request a feature?
No. Anyone can send a request — customer or not. Just pick a category, describe it, and send it on WhatsApp.
Will you build everything I ask for?
We can't promise every request, but we read all of them. Requests that many users ask for, or that have a big impact, move to the top of the roadmap.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. Small improvements can ship in days; larger features in weeks. We'll tell you honestly where yours stands.
How do I know if my request shipped?
We reply on the same WhatsApp thread when it's live. You can also follow everything we ship on our What's New page.
What makes a great feature request?
Tell us the problem, not just the solution — what you're trying to do and why. Real examples help us build the right thing.
Can I report a bug here too?
Yes. Choose the "Bug report" category and describe what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce it if you can.
Can I request a new integration?
Absolutely. Pick "Integration" and tell us which tool. If it has an API we can usually connect it — or use Make and webhooks in the meantime.

Have an idea right now?

Don't let it slip. Send it in 30 seconds and help shape what we build next.
