By the end of this week your agent knows your business inside out — hours, prices, FAQs, products, links, phone numbers. Enough to answer customers on its own, before anyone even messages it.

Give it a personality
Before your agent knows a single fact about your business, decide how it talks — how it greets people, its tone, and the languages it uses. That's its personality, and it's where we start.
Two ways to do all of this. Tell Logos what you want in chat and it saves everything for you, or open Settings and fill it in yourself. Same result either way — pick whichever's easier, and the guide follows along.
The fastest way is to just talk. Open Logos from the top nav and describe your business in a sentence or two — it turns each detail into a card you approve, one at a time.
Hi! Let's build the Willow & Co assistant together ✨
I'll ask a few quick things — your business, common questions, products, links. To start: in a few words, what do you do?
We're a small fashion boutique in Tel Aviv — clothing and accessories, ship nationwide.
Got it. Here's the greeting I'll use — tap the checkmark if it works:

Greeting
Hi! Thanks for reaching out to Willow & Co 👋 How can I help you today?
Want me to keep going with your business details, FAQs, and a house rule?
What would you like to change?
Describe your business once. Logos proposes each change as an editable card — tap the checkmark to save, or Undo if it's not right.
Prefer to do it by hand? Every field Logos fills lives in Settings too. Start with Persona — how the agent greets people, its tone, and the languages it answers in. Two clicks from anywhere in the workbench:
How your agent talks to your customers — how it opens a conversation, in what tone, how much it says, and in which languages. Every change is reflected instantly in the live preview.

Everything it needs to know
This is the important part. Everything a customer might ask — hours, prices, returns, what's in stock, where to find you — goes in here, in your own words. Add it once and the agent has it for good. Tell Logos in chat, or fill in each card in Settings.

Test it before anyone sees it
What you see here is exactly how your agent will reply to real customers once a channel is connected — so try it yourself first. Open Preview, send it a few real questions, and see how it answers. The Test button sits next to Logos in the top nav.

Today
Hi! Are you open on Friday?
Yes 🙂 We're open Fri 9:00–13:00. Anything I can help you find?
Do you accept returns?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery.
This is a test chat — real customers don't see it.
Notice how it answered straight from the hours and return policy you set. If something's off, fix it right there — Preview turns your correction into a training example on the spot.
Tip: That correction is where training begins — the next section walks the whole loop, step by step.
Correct it, and it learns
No agent is perfect on day one. When you spot an answer that's a little off, fix it right there — and the agent turns your correction into a rule it follows from then on. Here's the whole loop.
In Preview, every agent answer has a small Edit response button under it. Say it gave a vague answer about returns — click it.

Every agent answer has an "Edit response" button — tap it on the one that's off.
A window opens with the answer you'd rather it gave. You can also add a one-line instruction — a rule for next time, like "always mention the 14-day window." Save it.

Your fix doesn't just repair that one chat. The agent works out the rule behind it and files an improvement proposal — a small change to its instructions, waiting in the Training tab for your OK. Approve it, and it applies to every future conversation.
The Training tab keeps a running count — open it to review what's waiting.

💡Why it happened
The agent had no rule about the return window, so it hedged instead of giving the real policy.
