THE STORY
Every car is different.Every set is made to order.
The business
An online brand that makes custom-fit car mats to order: premium, rubber, silicone, 3D and felt, plus trunk mats and accessories. Customers choose by make, model and year, and every set is produced for that exact car.
The challenge
Made-to-order means questions on both sides of the sale. Before: will it fit my car, which material, how much? After: did you get my order, when will it ship? Around 700 customers a month ask them, mostly on WhatsApp, and the phone line is open Sunday to Thursday, 9 to 4. The questions don’t keep those hours.
